Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Cost Roll-Up Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing cost roll-up processes within the Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) environment, ensuring accurate and timely cost calculations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Cost Roll-Up Management*: Execute and manage the cost roll-up processes for products within the Oracle SCM system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. *Data Analysis*: Analyze cost data and variances, and provide insights and recommendations to management to improve cost accuracy and efficiency.
3. *Collaboration*: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and production, to gather necessary data and ensure alignment on cost structures and changes.
4. *System Configuration*: Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Oracle SCM modules related to costing, including standard costing, actual costing, and inventory valuation.
5. *Reporting*: Develop and generate reports related to cost roll-ups, variances, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making processes.
6. *Process Improvement*: Identify areas for improvement in the costing process, recommend changes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
7. *Training and Support*: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on cost-related processes and the Oracle SCM system.
8. *Documentation*: Maintain thorough documentation of cost roll-up processes, methodologies, and system configurations.
